FARR focuses on building grassroots leadership through structured training and capacity-building programs. Special emphasis is placed on empowering women Panchayat representatives and enhancing the skills of Village Swasthya Sathis in health initiatives. Community Resource Persons (CRPs) are trained in village development planning, while rural entrepreneurship is promoted through skill-based training. FARR also links local issues to broader platforms at state, national, and international levels, amplifying community voices and influencing inclusive policy and development processes.
