FARR works to enhance livelihood opportunities and ensure food security for poor tribal and Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTGs) across its operational areas. By promoting sustainable, climate-resilient agricultural practices, FARR empowers communities to adopt ecologically sound and economically viable farming systems. FARR also implements household food security programs, encouraging kitchen gardening and local food preservation to ensure year-round nutrition. To strengthen local economies and reduce migration, small-scale rural industries based on traditional skills are promoted.
